Shinobu Kocho from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, aged 18 or 19 depending on canonpoint. Shinobu comes off as a very calm and friendly person on the outset, but this covers for a deep anger at the demons that took so much away from her. While she is genuinely kind, there's a lot more of a hidden edge than anyone would guess from the start, and Shinobu can be exceedingly passive aggressive or scary when annoyed or upset. She's also pragmatic to rather lethal degrees...but you probably don't have anything to worry about if you're not a demon.
